Key Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee Officer, you will learn and assist in strengthening factory compliance operations. Your primary duties will include:

Assist senior managers in monitoring overall compliance activities, including labor law, buyer codes of conduct, and environmental/sustainability standards.
Support the factory teams during various buyer, social, and certification audits.
Ensure all necessary documentation for compliance requirements is prepared and maintained.
Follow up on audit findings and assist in developing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
Monitor workplace safety, hygiene, chemical handling, and waste management processes.
Oversee environmental performance metrics, including the operation of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and WTP (Water Treatment Plant).
Ensure no child labor, forced labor, or discrimination occurs in the workplace.
Assist in developing safety policies, risk assessments, and emergency action plans.
Participate in sustainability initiatives related to energy efficiency and resource optimization.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science OR Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) OR Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering OR Master/Bachelor of Business Administration (MBA/BBA).
Age: 22 to 32 years.
Experience: Not required.
