Key Responsibilities

As a Trainee Executive in the Store division, you will assist in ensuring highly accurate and compliant inventory management. Your primary duties will include:

• Assist in receiving, issuing, and maintaining stock of raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock reports daily using office systems/software.
• Support periodic stock taking and reconciliation of physical stock versus system stock to minimize discrepancies.
• Coordinate effectively with the procurement, production, and accounts departments for smooth material flow.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid production shortages or wasteful overstock.
• Maintain strict cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.
• Assist in preparing monthly inventory reports and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Minimum 1 year of experience will be considered an added advantage.
• Industry Experience: Experience in Manufacturing (FMCG) or Group of Companies is preferred.
• Age: 24 to 30 years.

Skills & Expertise
