Relationship Executive Key Responsibilities

As a Relationship Executive, you will be the bridge between the institution and small business owners. Your primary duties will include:

• Market Survey & Acquisition: Survey markets to identify business opportunities and reach out to new and existing CMSME clients to offer tailored banking/loan products.
• Credit Assessment: Assess the creditworthiness of potential borrowers and process loan applications, with a special focus on collateral-free CMSME financing.
• Relationship Management: Maintain robust relationships with customers to ensure excellent service and long-term retention.
• Target Achievement: Meet individual sales and collection targets, including loan disbursement, deposit mobilization, and repayment collection.
